RPSKill — Delete Your Account

In the app (immediate)

This permanently deletes the anonymous account this device plays on, along with all its data: tokens, rating, match history, chat messages, and friend and guild membership. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app (by request)

Accounts are anonymous — there is no email or password — so to delete an account without the app, email maoravital752@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my RPSKill account" and include your friend code (shown in the game's FRIENDS screen — it is the only identifier unique to your account; nicknames are not unique and cannot be used on their own). We will delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

The anonymous account identifier, token balances, rating, country code, match history, the record of moves played in your matches, chat messages, reaction emotes, telemetry, in-game purchase receipts, profile photo (including the copy on your device), friends, blocks, guild membership, and any connected Facebook identifier — all deleted immediately.

Three narrow exceptions, kept for the shortest time that still serves their purpose: moderation reports (a report you filed or one filed about you) are kept up to 180 days so that deleting an account cannot erase the moderation queue, and then deleted automatically; infrastructure request logs held by our hosting provider (which we do not use to identify players) age out on the provider's schedule, within weeks; and the copy of usage events already forwarded to our analytics provider — tied only to the now-deleted anonymous identifier — is deleted automatically at the end of its retention window. None of them contains your name, email, or photo.

Crash diagnostics already sent to our crash-reporting provider are tied to the same anonymous identifier and age out on that provider's schedule. See the privacy policy for both providers by name.
